Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the NovaHR platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of NovaHR by all customers, HR administrators, and employees. By using NovaHR, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

1 Permitted Uses
  • Managing employee attendance, leaves, and HR records for your organization
  • Generating reports and analytics for internal HR decision-making
  • Inviting and managing employees within your organization
  • Processing payroll-related attendance data for your registered company
  • Using GPS attendance features for legitimate workplace attendance tracking
2 Prohibited Uses

⚠️ The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

  • Entering false, fabricated, or misleading employee records
  • Manipulating GPS attendance data or check-in/check-out times
  • Using NovaHR to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempting to access other organizations' data
  • Using the platform for any illegal employment practices
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
  • Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform
  • Overloading the system with excessive API requests
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform
3 Data Integrity
  • All employee data entered must be accurate and truthful
  • GPS location data must only be used for legitimate attendance purposes
  • Attendance records should not be manipulated for fraudulent payroll claims
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws
4 Security Responsibilities
  • Keep your login credentials confidential at all times
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to support@tradenovatech.com
  • Do not share OTPs, passwords, or session tokens with anyone
  • Log out from shared devices after use
  • Use strong passwords and change them regularly
5 Employee Privacy
  • Employees must be informed about attendance tracking before deployment
  • GPS tracking must only be active during declared working hours
  • Employee data must not be shared with unauthorized third parties
  • HR administrators must handle employee data with confidentiality
6 Consequences of Violation
  • Warning notice for minor violations
  • Temporary suspension for repeated violations
  • Permanent termination of account for serious violations
  • Legal action may be pursued for violations involving fraud or data misuse
  • No refund will be provided upon termination due to AUP violations
